Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed during regular business days (i.e. Monday to Friday except major holidays) before 1pm normally will be shipped on the same day. Else will be shipped the following day. Orders placed during weekend and major holidays will be processed the following business days.
Domestic packages are shipped through USPS, Fedex, UPS or equivalent Services. Free shipping may be delivered by either carrier, and we will not know ahead of time. All APO, FPO, and PO Box addresses will be delivered exclusively by USPS and may take longer. Standard and Express shipping to physical addresses will always be delivered via UPS, Fedex or equivalent Services, as well every Next Day, 2nd day Package (Please note that Next Day, 2nd day air shipping is not available to PO Boxes). Standard domestic shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days. Wrong shipping method or shipping address chosen for domestic shipping may be subject to additional surcharge.
International Packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS International shipping types. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will be abandoned and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Estimated International standard shipping takes approximately 2-4 weeks.
